PET flakes cleaning agent 1002

This product is a liquid cleaning agent specifically designed for PET flake recycling and washing processes. It is widely used in PET bottle (PET flake) recycling and cleaning plants.
When added to the washing system, the product effectively removes oil, grease, adhesive residues, labels, and other organic contaminants from PET flakes, improving cleanliness, transparency, and overall recycled PET quality.
It is an essential processing chemical for bottle-to-bottle and general PET recycling applications.

Directions for Use:

  1. Initial addition:
    Fill the washing tank with clean water. Based on 1 ton of water, add 10–15 kg of sodium hydroxide (caustic soda flakes) and 10–15 kg of the cleaning agent, then stir until fully dissolved.

  2. Washing process:

    • Cold washing: Add PET flakes and wash with agitation for 20–30 minutes.

    • Hot washing: Heat the water to 80–90°C, then add PET flakes and wash with agitation for 10–40 minutes.

  3. Continuous addition:
    For every 1 ton of PET flakes discharged, continuously add 3–6 kg of caustic soda flakes and 3–6 kg of cleaning agent into the washing tank.

  4. Reuse of washing solution:
    The washing liquor can be recycled during operation to reduce material loss and environmental treatment costs. The washing solution should be replaced periodically according to actual conditions.

  5. Safety notice:
    This product is alkaline and has certain corrosive properties. Proper protective measures should be taken during handling. Avoid direct contact with the powder.
