Multifunctional Degreasing Agent
The Multifunctional Degreasing Agent is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly pretreatment auxiliary specially developed for polyester and its blended fabrics. It integrates chelation, anti-redeposition, emulsification, and degreasing functions in one product. With excellent emulsifying, dispersing, and chelating performance, it effectively removes chemical fiber oils, oligomers, mechanical oils, and residual silicone oils from the fabric surface, preventing oil re-deposition and secondary contamination.
This product is formulated with green, biodegradable raw materials, effectively reducing phosphorus and nitrogen content in wastewater and meeting environmental discharge requirements. It is suitable for the pretreatment and same-bath dyeing processes of medium- to high-grade knitted fabrics, as well as warp- and weft-knitted fabrics.

Exhibits strong emulsifying and dispersing power against dispersed chemical fiber oils, spandex oils, mechanical oils, silicone oils, and other contaminants;

2. Excellent Chelation and Water-Softening Performance
Contains highly effective chelating agents that significantly reduce water hardness and prevent interference from calcium and magnesium ions during processing;
Maintains stable performance even under hard water and recycled water conditions.
3. Oligomer Removal and Dyeing Uniformity
Effectively removes polyester oligomers, preventing equipment fouling and dyeing defects such as spots and uneven shades, thereby improving dyeing uniformity and color brightness.
4. Green and Environmentally Friendly Formulation
Free from APEO, phosphates, fluorides, and organic solvents;
Made with biodegradable components to reduce wastewater treatment burden and lower COD as well as nitrogen and phosphorus emissions.

Applicable For:
Pretreatment and same-bath dyeing processes of polyester, nylon, and their blended fabrics;
Knitted fabrics, warp-knitted fabrics, weft-knitted fabrics, and spandex-containing textiles;
Suitable for continuous and batch processes under tap water, recycled water, and hard water conditions.
