Low-temperature soaping powder

Low-Temperature Soaping Powder is a high-performance after-soaping agent specially designed for post-dyeing and post-printing washing processes. It delivers excellent cleaning and anti-backstaining performance at reduced soaping temperatures, helping textile manufacturers improve color fastness while saving energy.

Properties:

  • Appearance: White to light-colored powder

  • pH (1% aqueous solution): 7.0–8.0

  • Solubility: Easily soluble in water

  • Composition: A blended formulation of surfactants and inorganic salts.

Applications:

Suitable for after-soaping of fabrics dyed or printed with:

  • Reactive dyes
  • Vat dyes
  • Direct dyes
  • Naphthol dyes
  • Acid dyes

Widely used in cotton and blended fabrics, especially for printed textiles requiring clean white backgrounds.

Performance & Features:

  • Effectively removes unfixed dyes, hydrolyzed dyes, alkalis, and electrolytes, providing excellent cleaning, dispersing, and suspending performance to significantly improve color fastness.

  • Outstanding anti-backstaining performance, particularly effective in preventing reactive dye staining on cotton fabrics and protecting white grounds of printed textiles.

  • Excellent technical performance at low temperatures. Effective soaping can be achieved at temperatures as low as 60°C, delivering strong anti-backstaining results while reducing energy consumption.

  • Low-foaming formulation, suitable for modern dyeing and washing equipment.
