We offer a full range of high-quality down auxiliaries, including washing & finishing agents and conditioning agents. With over 20 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, we export large volumes to Vietnam every year.
In 2026, we will expand our presence in Vietnam by establishing a local factory. The site has been finalized in tỉnh Tây Ninh, ensuring faster delivery and closer support for our Vietnamese customers.
Down Detergent Antree 100
Product Description: Antree 100 features outstanding emulsification power. When added to the wash bath, the solution becomes opaque and demonstrates exceptional cleaning performance even in cold water. It is suitable for high-speed washing machines, is hard-water resistant, and shows good compatibility with other chemicals such as down deodorizer. Can be used in both agitator-type and centrifuge-type washer-extractors.
- Composition: Highly effective surfactants
- Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid
- Ionicity: Nonionic
Application:
- Suitable for: Particularly effective on down containing high oil content or embedded wax.
- How to add: No pre-dilution required; simply add directly during machine operation.
Down Deodorant
Product Description: A specialty deodorizer for down, formulated to remove unwanted odors from feathers. Leaves no residue on feathers after drying; APEO-free and compliant with health and environmental standards; Hard-water resistant; Low- or zero-foam formulation; Synergistic when used alongside detergents, enhancing overall cleaning performance.
- Composition: Mixture of heterocyclic chemicals
- Appearance: Colorless, transparent to slightly turbid liquid
- Ionicity: Inert ionic
Application:
- Suitable Materials: Down feathers (duck, goose, etc.)
- Equipment: Conventional water-wash machinery
- Process: Add directly to the wash or rinse bath; no pre-dilution required
Recommended Dosage (based on weight of down):
- Wash bath: 0.5 – 1.0 %
- Final rinse bath: 0.5 – 1.0 %
Alternatively, you may split the dosage—0.5 % in the wash bath and 0.5 % in the final rinse.
Fluffing Agent
Product Description: Suitable for all types of down, especially previously used down. Treated down gains a fluffy and resilient hand feel, with slight antibacterial properties. When added via spray in a tumble dryer, the down-fluffing agent helps separate clustered down clusters, thereby improving overall loft. It provides down with a fluffy and elastic hand feel; enhances filling power; extremely low foaming tendency; ready-to-use; offers notable antistatic and antibacterial effects.
- Composition: Polymer blend
- Appearance: Blue-tinted translucent liquid
- pH (1% aqueous solution): 6.0–7.0
Application: Used on down or feather; Washing equipment; Add during the final rinse of down or as a spray in finishing.
Usage Instructions: Use in a tumble dryer for spray finishing (dose based on down weight). Apply our product 3.5–6% mixed 1:1 with water. For previously used down undergoing re-washing, the dosage can be increased to 0.5%.
Deoiling Agent
Product Description: Effectively remove oil from down feathers.
Dosage: Based on user conditions (Weight of the down, washing equipment, temperature, etc.)
APEO Remover
Product Description: This product’s main components are a blend of various high-molecular-weight polymers, offering excellent stability. It provides outstanding reactive removal of NP, OP, NPEO (nonylphenol ethoxylates), OPEO (octylphenol ethoxylates), DPEO (dodecylphenol ethoxylates), and DNPEO (di-nonylphenol ethoxylates). It is suitable for APEO removal processes on a wide range of fabrics, including down, feathers, leather, wool, cotton blends, and cashmere garments.
Dosage: Based on user conditions (Weight of the down, washing equipment, temperature, etc.)
