Defoamer

  • Specially designed defoamer for aqueous systems.

  • Effective at low dosage, with rapid defoaming action and long-lasting performance; also provides excellent foam suppression.

  • Suitable for defoaming and foam control in aqueous solutions at temperatures ranging from 100°C to 140°C. Use of this product can shorten processing time and improve production efficiency.

Applications

Widely used for foam elimination and control in industries such as textile processing, dyeing and printing, papermaking, and wastewater treatment.

Directions for Use

Dilute the product with 20–50 times its volume of water or the liquid to be treated to obtain a homogeneous solution before addition. The dosage varies depending on the application, for example:

  • Textile dyeing and scouring: 0.02–0.03 g/L

  • Paper coating, sizing, and bleaching: 0.5–2 g/L

Specific process conditions should be determined through laboratory trials.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 50 kg plastic drums
Storage: Store in a sealed container, protected from light, at room temperature.
Shelf life: 12 months under normal storage conditions.
