Acidic reduction cleaning agent

Properties:

  • Appearance: Light brownish-white powder

  • Composition: Reducing agents and special anionic surfactants

  • Ionicity: Anionic

  • pH: Approx. 10.0 (5% aqueous solution)

  • Solubility: Must be dissolved in cold water before use

Directions for Use:

  • Dosage: Based on 1/4 of the dosage of sodium hydrosulfite (insurance powder).

  • Process conditions: 80–90°C for 15–20 minutes.

  • Add the product when the dye bath has cooled to 80–90°C.

  • Pre-dissolve the product in cold water before addition.

  • Dye bath pH: 4
