Antree® S2009 Energy-Saving Soaping Agent

Antree® S2009 Energy-Saving Soaping Agent is a newly developed product based on a novel approach different from conventional soaping agents for reactive dyes, with the goal of process rationalization.
It provides excellent removal of unfixed and hydrolyzed dyes, allowing a reduction in the number of washing steps after dyeing, thereby achieving significant water savings.
After treatment with this product, dyed materials exhibit high color fastness and bright shades. In addition, Antree® S2009 is a low-pollution product, helping reduce environmental and water pollution during fiber processing.

 

Features & Applications

  1. Improves color removal by decomposing unfixed dyes in the soaping bath, reducing the number of hot-water and cold-water washes after soaping. This results in shorter dyeing cycles, water savings, and energy reduction.

  2. Compared with conventional soaping agents, it significantly reduces the burden of wastewater treatment during use.

  3. Thorough removal of unfixed dyes ensures bright colors and provides excellent washing fastness and rubbing fastness.

  4. Non-foaming formulation, eliminating foam-related issues during processing.

  • Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid （when dissolves in water)

  • pH: Approx. 6.0

 

Directions for Use

The optimum dosage of Antree® S2009 depends on dye type and processing conditions. Typical usage is:

  • Light shades: 1 g/L

  • Deep shades: 2–3 g/L

After dyeing, perform hot-water washing and rinsing. Then add Antree® S2009 and carry out soaping at 80–100°C, followed by hot-water washing and rinsing.

Precautions

  1. Antree® S2009 must be pre-dissolved in water before addition to the soaping bath and must not be added directly. Use cold water for dissolution, as hot water may cause abnormal decomposition.

  2. Antree® S2009 should not come into direct contact with dyed materials.

  3. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

  4. As Antree® S2009 is an oxidizing substance, avoid contact with heavy metals and reducing agents.

  5. Depending on the dye type, the full performance of Antree® S2009 may not always be achieved.

  6. Use with caution on reactive turquoise blue and brilliant blue dyes. Conduct preliminary trials and maintain consistent operating conditions.

  7. Store Antree® S2009 in a cool, shaded place, and use as soon as possible after opening.
