Multifunctional scouring agent

This product is a composite, multifunctional oxygen-bleaching auxiliary.

Its outstanding performance lies in its ability to replace conventional oxygen bleaching stabilizers, scouring penetrants, and caustic soda used in traditional processes, thereby reducing production costs and shortening the oxygen-bleaching process.

It is especially suitable for oxygen bleaching of cotton, linen, and their blended fabrics.

Performance & Features

  1. Significantly simplifies the oxygen bleaching process, making operation easier and more efficient.

  2. Effectively controls the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide during processing, ensuring more complete oxidative performance. Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure bleaching; bleaching at 130°C requires only 5 minutes.

  3. Completely removes impurities and pigments after oxygen bleaching, resulting in higher fabric whiteness.

  4. Effectively prevents strength loss after bleaching, particularly noticeable on linen fabrics. The weight loss after bleaching is only approximately 3.0–3.6%, with a soft hand feel. Yarns remain intact during package bleaching, without breakage or sticking.

  5. When used with hydrogen-peroxide-resistant direct dyes, it enables a one-bath process of scouring, bleaching, and dyeing.

  6. Provides uniform bleaching results and excellent dyeing levelness. Free from caustic soda, it avoids dyeing defects caused by uneven alkali addition during oxygen bleaching, shortens processing time, and saves water and energy.
